£1.45m reconfiguration of the T1 Plaza which including the following new / reconfigured concessionaires: Omega, Swarovski, Hamleys, Clarkes, WHSmith, Costa Coffee, Vodaphone.
Programme
4 month preconstruction, planning, design, manufacture & purchasing.
10 week phased Shell & Core. 16 week Fit-out monitoring.
Programme Constraints
Airside, Out of hours work, Limited deliveries, Nominated landlords fire alarm & BMS Controls suppliers, Concessionaire approvals & programme co-ordination.

Overall project value: £1.45m.

HESL were the sole supplier working for ISS the BAA framework supplier.
