The strip-out and Shell & Core reconfiguration and Landlords fit-out relating to Pontis, Three Bells, Pret a Manger, Spectrum International, WHSmiths & Travelex.

Work included: Fast track strip out, M&E & Building Shell & Core adaptations, BAA fit-out.

By undertaking the strip out and shell core works at the same time we are able to save BAA 12 weeks on the original programme. This allowed all 3 units to open before Christmas. This programme saving meant an increased revenue of approx. £5m to BAA.

Benchmarked against previous projects of this type HESL were able to reduce both the programme and costs of this project by approx half.

We are currently working on the 2nd phase of this project.
