The management at HESL is firmly committed to the procedures included in this programme and the total participation of all personnel is mandatory. An appointed Management Representative is entrusted with the responsibility for the control and implementation of the Quality Management System.
This policy of Quality Assurance is in place to ensure that the overall organisational goals of the company are met. Our goals are to ensure that the best possible service is supplied to our clients, and that we are able to meet their needs and requirements as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Our organisational aims are to ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001 :2008 are performed in a managed, methodical way to ensure that the system is full understood and implemented throughout the company.
