Our 24/7 reactive maintenance service is managed from our Head Office which is conveniently located close to the Airfield at Hatton Cross. This provides our customers with the peace of mind that we are always on hand. Specialising in working in and around the Airport Terminals and ancillary buildings HESL guarantee a discreet and efficient response.
We have a versatile, reactive maintenance team of over 80 skilled staff, a fleet of airside-passed vehicles, all fully equipped to cope with routine scheduled maintenance, breakdowns and the emergencies and their after-effects that can sometimes occur.
We don’t charge for a call out between 06:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, and we don’t have any hidden extras like travelling time and parking. If you do need us there out of hours we can still be with you in two hours, but call outs are subject to a 4 hour minimum charge at the applicable rate.
Our multi-skilled engineers and craftsmen are able to carry out a detailed analysis of our customers’ requirements, prepare programmes and advise on the regular checks that lead to reduced operational and maintenance costs, assist in the minimisations of untimely breakdowns, and help prevent the shortened service life of the property and plant.
